The Root Cause of Fatigue

Fatigue is a common condition that many people suffer from and nearly half of our population is more tired than what is considered ‘normal.’ 43% of Americans admit they’re too tired to function at work

– Yet we don’t ask the deeper questions of ‘why?

Or what is the root cause of my symptoms?’

Getting down to the source of your tiredness, lack of inspiration, low motivation, and low energy – There are many internal and external factors at play.

In recent years, people are experiencing:

We are surrounded by pesticides, herbicides, mold, toxic metals in the foods we eat, the water we drink, and the air we breathe. It can be easy to feel overwhelmed by the world’s lowering vibrations. All of these influences can make us feel more tired than we biologically should.

Getting down to solutions, factors that can contribute to the root cause of your chronic fatigue are:

Stress

Excessive stress activates the central nervous system’s defense system — the fight-or-flight response. When triggered, this brings a rush of adrenaline, which can build up in the body and cause stress and lower energy levels.

Solution: Work on reducing stress and doing more of the things that make you happiest. Meditation is a powerful tool for connecting to the body as well as deep breathing exercises.

Parasites

In my new course,Why Everyone Needs a Parasite Cleanse,I expose a secret that has been hidden by the medical industry. The average person is hosting up to 30 different types of parasites within their body, quickly multiplying into hundreds, thousands, or even millions of microscopic eggs.

Solution: Enroll now for $19 and learn how to heal yourself. Join our community of truth-seekers that fight against medical censorship. You will learn how to naturally eliminate parasites, mold, and harmful organisms from your body.

Sympathetic State

There are two states the body exists in:

A Sympathetic State – The body prepares itself for ‘fight-or-flight,’ and the nervous system readies itself for danger. Your body cannot heal in this heightened state of survival instinct.

A Parasympathetic State – The only way your body can heal, regenerate, and repair itself. Your nervous system prevents itself from overworking in this state and restores the calm body.

Solution: Work on reducing stress to live in that space outside of fight-or-flight survival instincts. You can access a parasympathetic state by meditating, deep breathing, raising your vibrational frequency, eating without distractions or television, and relaxing.

Poor Sleep

Poor sleep habits can trigger the same release of stress hormones as the fight-or-flight response — which can make it difficult to fall or stay asleep.

Solution: If you’re experiencing significant daytime fatigue, try to increase the amount you sleep each night and see if your excess tiredness diminishes and your energy increases.

You can also cut back on caffeine, swapping it for b12 during the day to normalize your energy levels and circadian rhythm.

B12 Deficiency

Recent research indicates that up to 40% of the U.S. population is B12 deficient.

Solution: Your body requires B12 but doesn’t make it naturally; therefore, it must be obtained through food and supplementation. Vitamin B12 is so vital and important in brain and nervous system function that the damage from deficiency is permanent and irreversible. Shop Global Healing’s Organic and vegan formula of Vitamin B12.

Iodine Deficiency

The #1 product I recommend as the most powerful source of energy, thyroid support, and full-body detoxification is my Organic Nascent Iodine Formula.

According to the World Health Organization and The Department of Public Health, iodine deficiency is the number one cause of preventable mental and intellectual disabilities around the world. If you have low iodine levels, you may experience symptoms such as brain fog, poor mood, low energy, weight gain, fatigue, weakened immune system, etc.

Solution: Take 3 drops of Organic Iodine daily.

Poor Diet

Food nourishes both the body and mind, offering the nutrition required for keeping the whole self energized and functioning at its best. Nutritional deficiencies related to depression and concentration issues contribute to many of the psychological diagnoses being attributed to people today, yet very little is being done to look into these root causes.

Solution: Explore my Body Cleansing Diet Guide; choose the right foods and feel better. Make swaps to eliminate gluten and soy from your diet while incorporating more fresh vegetables with a live vibrational frequency.

Hormone Imbalance

Hormones have a tremendous amount of influence on the way our bodies work – both women and men. Hormonal imbalance affects mental health, energy, metabolism, sleep cycles, sex drive, and much more.

Solution: You can take Global Healing’s Women’s Hormone Balance and Organic Iodine to support your thyroid. You should also regularly cleanse the body, decrease your stress, and avoid processed foods such as soy, refined sugar, and GMO foods.

Alcohol

For years, alcohol (ethanol) has been known to negatively impact hormone function. Alcohol has the power to hinder glands associated with the secretion and regulation of hormones, like the pituitary gland, possibly leading to complications with the body’s ability to maintain hormonal equilibrium. Keep in mind that you can also be exposed to it through household products, not solely consumption.

Solution: The best way to minimize exposure is to avoid alcoholic beverages and check the ingredient lists of other products for alcohol, ethanol, ethyl alcohol, ethyl hydrate, ethyl hydroxide, and methylcarbinol.

Aging

Lastly, aging is a natural part of life that will lead to decreased energy levels.

As you age, your body does not require as many calories, so you should consume more nutrient-dense foods — those packed with potassium, calcium, vitamin D, vitamin B, dietary fiber, and other nutrients.

Solution: Boost your nutritional intake and try energy-boosting herbal remedies like Ginseng and Turmeric. You should continue to be active, get outside, be with friends, laugh a lot, and explore new healing modalities.

Look into intermittent fasting and water-only fasting, as discussed in my course, The Power of Fasting. I’ll teach you how to flip the body’s regenerative switch in as little as 72 hours, supporting the reversal of cancer cell development.

Points To Remember

You have the power to shake off the fatigue and handle the day with ease! Get up, get out, and take charge of your own self-care! Once you get to the source of the issue, you will be more capable of working backward from the condition towards the root cause.

Overall, nutritional balance, supplementation, and managing your mental well-being are crucial to normalized energy levels. Focus on eating better, detoxing, lowering stress, staying socially-connected, laughing, being optimistic, donating, volunteering, and practicing daily mindfulness.
