My first formal training was in Speech Disorders but at the end of my undergraduate years, I felt I was destined for more in-depth healing. My further studies have included Tai Chi, Qi Gung, Bowen Therapy and most recently, my certification in Natural Health Coaching. I am proud to call myself a life-long learner

The Natural Health Coach training I received combined with the resources/referrals which I have to offer will guide you in healing your body, mind and soul. The path toward healing can be short or long. That depends mostly on you. As your Coach, I will be both your champion and your challenger depending on what I intuitively feel is best.

I recognize that just telling someone to stop bad habits and start good ones is not feasible. The latest research shows that behavioral habits and patterns are embedded in our subconscious mind, meaning our body isn’t even in control over what we are doing during our waking hours. In addition, we are influenced by addictive substances such as artificial sweeteners which are typically and intentionally cloaked under aliases on ingredient labels. However, with proper guidance and techniques, we can take control over those critical habits.

Please know you are not alone! I believe in a higher power. That power is my own personal coach bringing me resources and information when I am ready to receive them. Thankfully, I have been blessed to have experienced few health crises but for those few, I have been drawn to use pure detox plans (the inspiration for my business name).

I say all this to assure you that I believe in a complementary approach to teach, inspire and guide you to your highest vibrational state which you can achieve by finding the root cause of your illness and deficiencies.
