This 3-Day Fasting process is setup with 3 levels to follow, depending on where you are at with your health, states of mind, and detoxing experiences. You will be able to choose any of these three levels at any time to give your body the rest it needs to shed accumulated toxins.

Lesson 1

Preparing For Your Fast

In Lesson 1, we delve into the various benefits of fasting, including those for the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our being. We also provide guidance on how to prepare for your fast, as well as the necessary steps for safely entering ketosis, which can help kickstart weight loss and allow your body to heal itself. This lesson is an ideal starting point for those new to fasting, with ample opportunity for in-depth discussion and Q&A with our live audience.

 

Lesson 2

Day #1 of Fast: Conserving Energy

The lesson covers various topics such as the need for supplementing distilled water, cleansing before or after fasting, effects of showering with tap water, ensuring proper bowel movements during fasting, the inclusion of salt in distilled water, exercising during fasting, use of hydrogen capsules, ways to extend/deepen the fast, incorporating a sauna, biofilm in the mouth, urotherapy, liver cleansing, parasite cleansing, collecting rainwater safely, raising energy at work while fasting, using Ormus Minerals during fasting, and concluding with a new approach to frequency-based medicine.

Lesson 3

Lesson 3 - Day #2 of Fast: Mental Focus

Dr. Group explains why fasting, often thought of as a physical challenge, is even more so a mental test.

Dr. Group sheds light on the differences when extending your fast and how you can increase the benefits of your fast. The community support is felt through big-picture answers, taking care of yourself, and taking care of others.

Lesson 4

Day #3 of Fast: Cellular Repair

In the final lesson, Dr. Group will guide you on how to safely break your fast and ways to encourage the body to induce increased cellular repair. He will offer support on long-term maintenance, herbal support while you detox, and wisdom for living a healthier life!
