I was introduced to Carmen regarding stomach cramps and bloating issues that a number of G.I. doctors had tested and treated me with medication over a three year period that resisted their treatment. Bleeding hemorrhoids also continued and increased over time. I even discussed my condition with the local VA clinic that referred my case to their San Francisco hospital, which referred and sponsored me to Stanford University hospital In Pall Alto Ca. I was advised they had the only diagnostic equipment to determine and treat my condition. I met with Carmen 11-13-24 and related my story above. Apparently, she has heard similar stories of medical staff unable to treat “gut” problems, continuing using the same medication with the same failed results. Carmen developed a plan to change my diet drastically to feed my good bacterial and stave bad bacteria she felt was present. The plan Was very intensive, eliminating all dairy, all grains used in bakery including bread products, all meat, including fish and poultry, and all processed sugar products, desserts, ice cream etc. This would be replaced with vegetable and fruit selections, primarily process with an electric juicer. She asked me if this was too difficult for me to adapt for my future meals. I thought yes, but replied no, so as not to immediately offend her and her program. I then thought about time spent with medical/pharmaceutical approach with no relief. This required a considerable change in lifestyle. My wife went along with the program, purchasing and storing new food types. As she did not join me in this program but forged ahead with shopping for different food products. selecting and purchasing on-line a top model juicer equipment. The total life change was too drastic to begin all at once. I began with eliminating all the offending diet and slowly replacing with suggested diet. The immediate results: Within 3 days hemorrhoids disappeared and have not returned. Most stomach bloating and pain has gone. My weight reduced by 12# pounds. My walking. As of Sunday 12-1-24, my walking has increased from a few blocks to 1.5 miles. I plan to continue using and following Carmen’s program and will recommend her to others needing her assistance.
