These are the practices I return to personally, every single day, without exception. Here is the sequence, in order.
Step 1: No screens until your morning practices are complete. Grabbing your phone first thing in the morning induces a sympathetic reaction in your body 90 percent of the time, meaning you start your day in a frequency-depleting state before anything else has happened. Protect the first hour of your morning. Nothing on that phone is more important than the frequency you set for the rest of your day.
Step 2: Nine deep breaths before getting out of bed. In through the nose, out through the mouth. On the ninth breath, breathe out and hold as long as you can, then breathe back in and hold as long as you can. This is the fastest way I know to shift your nervous system from sympathetic to parasympathetic before the day begins. Your frequency resets before the world gets a chance to lower it.
Step 3: Barefoot grounding for 5 to 10 minutes outside. Walk barefoot on earth or grass before any screen exposure. Your body connects with the earth’s natural electromagnetic field and your cellular frequency aligns with it immediately. This costs nothing and takes five minutes. - Forgiveness: Carrying resentment, blame, or unresolved anger is one of the most potent frequency suppressors I know of. Forgiveness is not for the other person. It is a biological act that removes a frequency drain from your own system. Forgive and move on, do not hurt yourself by holding it.
- Stop thinking about yourself all the time and start thinking about others: Every act of genuine service and giving from love elevates your vibrational frequency. Selfless action is high-frequency action. The law of karma, giving good, receiving good, is an energetic law as real as gravity.
