Course Progress and Technical Tips

If your course progress freezes or stops you from moving forward, don’t worry. This is usually a simple fix. Follow these steps and you’ll be back on track quickly.

We recommend using Chrome for the best experience. Safari does not work well with our platform and can cause issues at any time. Please switch even if it has worked for you before.

Try these steps in order:

1. Clear your browser cache and history. The course tracks your progress, and old cached data can interfere with video playback.
2. Try a different browser or device. Switch to Chrome, or open the course on your phone or tablet.
3. Restart your device. This clears temporary glitches before you log back in.
4. You do not need to rewatch any video to load a quiz. Simply fast forward to the final few seconds and let it play. The quiz will appear.

After each session, log out of your account. This keeps your progress tracking clean and helps prevent issues.
